Free shipping for order over HKD 500, customer responsible for shipping cost for order under HKD 500 (SF Express Freight Forward)

Exchange Policy

No refunds will be given once the order is confirmed
Opened items cannot be exchanged. Thank you for your understanding
Unopened items may be exchanged for a different size within 7 days from receiving the goods, customers will be responsible for the shipping costs and only one-time exchange is accepted
In all instances, goods must be returned clean and unused with no blemish, defect or parts missing
Defected items (please provide relevant photos) may be exchanged within 2 days from receiving the goods, SBD Apparel Hong Kong will be responsible for the shipping costs
The thread ends, slight off-line and extremely small stains won’t be regarded as damaged products. Thank you for your understanding
Damaged items caused by usage or any man-caused factors will not be exchanged. Thank you for your understanding
Any form of exchange should be reported to SBD Apparel Hong Kong as soon as possible, order details and relevant photos should be presented for our records, otherwise the request may not be accepted
